Port of Veracruz Tour.
San Juan de Ulúa is the name of a small island in Mexico where the old fortress and the former port (also of the same name) are located. The construction of the fortress was planned by the Spaniards under the command of Hernán Cortés on April 22, 1519 in the context of the discovery of America and the pirate and corsair attacks of the time against Spain.
The complex and the island are located off the coast of the Gulf of Mexico in the city and port of Veracruz, in the Mexican state with the same name. The Veracruz Aquarium, in the city of Veracruz, is the most important aquarium in the state and most likely in all of Mexico. It has 9 areas: The jungle of the Tuxtlas, a fresh water gallery, a salt water gallery, the reef fish tank, the shark tank, the manatee tank, the jellyfish tank, the dolphinarium and the museum.
The tour requires a minimum of 4 participants to be booked through this means. For additional requirements and questions, please contact our call center. *From 8 people and up, this tour includes a streetcar ride through the historic center.
